Matthew 6:33<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cBut seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.\u201d In Matthew 6:10 we read, \u201cYour<\/strong> kingdom come, Your<\/strong> will be done On earth as it is<\/em> in heaven<\/strong>\u201d. (Bold print mine). Jesus said, \u201cFor indeed, the kingdom of God is within you\u201d (Luke 17:21b). In order for you to enter the kingdom of God in heaven, you need to have the kingdom of God enter you on earth. That\u2019s what Jesus was saying when He was teaching how to pray. God must rule and reign in your heart here on earth. How do you know if He is? Contentment, \u201cNow godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this<\/em> world, and<\/em> it is<\/em> certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content\u201d(1 Timothy 6:6).<\/a> The things of this world will never let you be content, but will always have you wanting more and worrying about what you don\u2019t have. Instead of desiring the things of this world, you should hunger and thirst for His righteousness, reveling His glory to those around you.
