\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cBeloved, now we are children of God\u201d. Here is a good verse to meditate on for a while. I change the word \u201cnow\u201d into \u201cWOW\u201d! Think about it, this is something to really be excited about, you are HIS Child. Here\u2019s something else to think about, do you look and act like a child of God? We are saved by grace, but we are also told to \u201cwork out our salvation with fear and trembling\u201d (Philippians 2:12). How do we work out our salvation with fear and trembling? Go back to the verse and see whose you are. You are a child of GOD. He is HOLY and when you are going to jump into sin and figure it\u2019s ok, He\u2019ll forgive you, you just changed Him into a little god and separated yourself from Him. Understanding HIS Sovereignty and Holiness as your God and Father should make you fear enough that you tremble and do not sin. When someone looks at you, do they see a child of God?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
