Hebrews 4:12<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201c<\/sup>For the word of God\u00a0is<\/em> living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.\u201d\u00a0Just as a two-edged sword will cut both ways, so does the living Word of God. It will convict and correct you, or it will condemn you. It is sharp enough to pierce even to the division of the thoughts and intents of the heart, which should help you \u201cnot be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what\u00a0is<\/em> that good and acceptable and perfect will of God\u201d (Romans 12:2), \u201cbecause the carnal mind\u00a0is<\/em> enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be\u201d (Romans 8:7). Now, with a renewed mind and the right thoughts and intents of the heart, you will live with truth if you train yourself in the Word of God.
