Luke 15:2<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cThis Man receives sinners and eats with them.\u201d\u00a0We come to celebrate the Birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus who is called Christ. The religious leaders of the day thought it was absurd that Jesus would eat with sinners, but had they studied the Laws and the Prophets they would have seen who Jesus was and would have received Him. In Revelation 3:20 Jesus said \u201cBehold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.\u201d This is the reason we celebrate Christmas! Jesus came to save sinners, and as many as have received Him He gave the right to called Children of God (John 1:12). He wants to be with us. That\u2019s who He is, it\u2019s what He came to do. Jesus said, “The one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out\u201d (John 6:37b). God gave us His One and Only Son. He is the One gift we can afford to give to anyone and keep for ourselves. Give somebody the REASON to Celebrate Christmas this year!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
