Acts 26:29
And Paul said, “I would to God that not only you, but also all who hear me today, might become both almost and altogether such as I am, except for these chains.” There was something about Paul that even in his circumstances, he witnessed like no other. Our circumstances should never be the reason we don’t witness to others. These were kings that Paul was brought before because of his witness of who Jesus was. It may have been his chains that made the most impact on king Agrippa in verse 28 as he said, “You almost persuade me to become a Christian.” Your most powerful witness may be in those circumstances as others look on to see how you handle them. Do they make you stressed or confident? Could you persuade someone to become a Christian while you’re going through difficult circumstances?
