Matthew 12:50
“For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.” There are some interesting things here to consider if we claim to be brothers and co-heirs with Jesus. First, and most noteworthy thing is that it doesn’t say whoever does things saying it is for God, nor is it for those who serve out of guilt from a message or to be seen. When you are doing the will of the Father in heaven it will be prayed through and not forced. God can and will move you to where He needs you and it will be evident to others that God is the One in charge. God is more pleased with obedience rather than religion, which is our way of trying to please Him. Are you praying to see how and where God wants to use you?
